G.I.Y.: Grow It Yourself - Post 1

Hello Folks!

This post is the first of many that will help guide you through the gardening process.

Whether or not you bought a G.I.Y. kit from us or not, these posts are here to share some of my own gardening expertise with anyone that's interested!

For now, though, I'll just offer a few tips for all of you that have a G.I.Y. kit owners. If you have an herb garden, keep your seeds moist and in the window or on the porch so they can soak up lots of sunlight! Some herb seeds can take up to three weeks to germinate, so you'll need to be a little patient. It's always worth the wait! If you have a plant that's already sprouted (a seedling) in a big pot or small, just keep it watered and in the sun. Let the fertilizers, water, and sunlight do their thing, and check back in about two weeks for information on what you'll need to do next to sustain a bountiful harvest!

Until next time!

-Ian
